Russia Warns UK It Could Strike British Military Targets Over Ukraine Support



Moscow, August 27, 2026: Tensions between Russia and the United Kingdom have intensified after Moscow warned that it could target British military assets if Ukraine uses British-supplied missiles in strikes against Russian territory.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman **Maria Zakharova** said Thursday that Russian retaliation could involve British military targets both inside and outside Ukraine. She accused Britain and France of escalating the conflict by providing Ukraine with sensitive missile technology.
